About AWS® Welding Software:

WELDING PROCEDURE SPECIFICATION (WPS)
PROCEDURE QUALIFICATION TEST RECORDS (PQR)
WELDING PERFORMANCE QUALIFICATION RECORD (WPQR)

In addition to prequalified welding procedure specifications (Demo One), members have access to AWS® welding software, and ASME® welding software (Demo Three).

For your structural applications, with references to any of the structural welding codes, create welding procedure for welding aluminum, steel or stainless steel, by using industry standard AWS (WPS, PQR or WPQR) Forms.
AWS Welding Procedure Forms (ONLINE DEMO):

OR

Features on AWS Forms (WPS, PQR, WPQR):

•  Your company name and address will be added to all welding document, automatically
•  Option to transfer data from WPS Form to PQR Form or vice versa, automatically
•  Option to use data on your existing WPS Form or PQR Form, as a default for the new procedure
•  Above features help you to create your next welding procedures faster, without entering the same data again!
•  You can choose from pre-drawn joint sketches library, or upload your own drawing:
•  Over 500 welding joints, code-referenced with details
•  Plus welding joints with Non code-references, shown as “Standard Joint Sketches”, to help you avoid drawing on your own!

Drop-down features that help reduce your typing of the following variables:

•  Weld types, joint types, welding position, backing options and backing types
•  Shielding gases or flux options for SAW process
•  Welding process (es) as well as welding process type (s):
•  SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, PAW, GTAW, ESW, EGW welding process
•  Option for mode of metal transfers, current & polarity, tungsten type for TIG, etc.

AWS Base Metal database is sorted based on:

•  AWS D1.1-Table 3.1, D1.2 -Table 3.2, D1.3 -Table 1.1, D1.5 -AASHTO/AWS, and D1.6 -Table 3.2 references, as well as ASM Metals Handbook, and ASTM Standards.
•  Each material includes: Reference to code's table, code's metal group number, material grade, specification or alloy designation, minimum specified tensile strength and yield strength, plus helpful information in regards to prequalified material, etc.
•  Color links for each metal categories (Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum) for quick search and addition it to your Forms

AWS Filler Metal database is sorted based on:

•  Welding process (SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW, PAW, GTAW)
•  AWS Specification number, AWS Classification, and helpful information
•  Color links for each filler metal groups (welding electrodes, welding rods, welding wires), as follow:

Carbon Steel

Low Alloy Steel

Stainless Steel

Aluminum and Aluminum-Base Alloys

Copper and Copper-Base Alloys

Nickel and Nickel-Base Alloys

Titanium and Titanium Alloys

Zirconium and Zirconium Alloys

Hard-Facing Weld Metal Overlay

Brazing

Preheat/Interpass temperatures, Postweld Heat Treatment (PWHT):

•  Built-in Tables for AWS D1 Series

* AWS D1 Series:

AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code-Steel
AWS D1.2 Structural Welding Code-Aluminum
AWS D1.3 Structural Welding Code-Sheet Steel
AWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Code
AWS D1.6 Structural Welding Code-Stainless Steel
AWS D9.1 Sheet Metal Welding Code
AWS D17.1 Specification for Fusion Welding Aerospace Applications

+ Over 10,000 prequalified Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), See Our Demo One

+ ASME® Welding Software (WPS, PQR, WPQ), See Our Demo Three

+ An insight on codes, standards, specifications & welding techniques for the most popular welding processes

+ Avoid unnecessary costly welding tests

+ Free advertising, welding community and much more
